PNE Canada Inc., registered in Saint John, New Brunswick operates across Canada through locations in Ottawa, North Bay and Calgary. PNE Canada Inc. plans and installs onshore wind farm and solar projects. As part of PNE Group, based in Germany, its core competencies include planning, developing, financing and installing wind and solar energy plants. Once a project has achieved commercial operation, the company offers technical and commercial management services. As an independent power producer (IPP), the company also operates a select number of its own wind farms. Alongside its established business in Germany,
the PNE Group is expanding into dynamic growth markets with both onshore and offshore wind farm projects. PNE Canada Inc. was established in 2010 and is a 100% subsidiary of PNE AG, a German publicly traded renewable energy company based in Cuxhaven, Germany with around 500 employees.
PNE Canada Inc. is developing a pipeline of over 500 MW with a team of experienced professionals with key skills in renewable energy project development, including financing, permitting, transmission, real estate, construction, GIS, and wind assessment.
From initial site exploration and approval processes, through financing and turn-key construction, to operation and repowering at the end of a system's useful life, PNE Group's services encompass all phases of developing and operating wind farms. Using this comprehensive approach, we combine economic success and responsibility for the environment as the foundation for our ongoing development.
Our strategic orientation includes the entire renewable energy value chain. Although we established our reputation in the wind energy industry, including on and offshore wind developments, we have expanded our expertise to develop photovoltaic solar, energy storage, and power-to-X technologies with a focus on hydrogen.
For more than twenty years PNE has been successfully designing wind projects and turning them into reality. PNE projects fulfill the highest demands in terms of quality and cost-effectiveness and have thus made us a significant market leader.
Corporate culture characterised by integrity, ethics and personal responsibility are the prerequisites for securing PNE’s prestige and the continued successful international growth of the PNE Group.
With the present code of conduct we intend to convey the vision and mission we pursue. And we would like to describe in detail the values, principles and conduct that determine the business practice of the PNE Group on the path towards achieving our vision.
